Hello,

a bit about me:

Hi, my name is Lynn Jodoin.  I would like to help you with your administrative assistant requirements, virtually.  I am located in Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada (near Ottawa).

 

I have over 46+ years administrative support experience in customer service, information technology, and human resources. I am an accomplished professional in administration, research and writing documentation, reporting information using various databases, and software applications.

 

I have worked with and assisted senior executives, directors, and managers. I am very organized, pay attention to detail, and "customer 1st" oriented.

 

My strengths include organization, written and verbal communication, as well as I have advanced knowledge in MS Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio, as well as SharePoint, SAP, and other applications.

 

I have Secret Level II clearance and value the importance of privacy and confidentiality seriously.

 

Throughout my administrative career, I have worked for private and public sectors, such as Instantel (part of Stanley Black & Decker), Rohde & Schwarz Canada, Hydro Ottawa, Indian and Northern Affairs, and SNC-Lavalin, to name a few.

 

During my past experience, I have developed user-friendly customer survey forms, complex spreadsheets, designed process flows using Visio along with the associated procedures, user manuals, user guides, policies and procedures, as well as designed documents using Desktop Publishing.
